They’re more annoying now

The *ahem* people next door have replaced the trash that I have been picking up … and it is their trash, yes, but in our yard.  The replacement is a rotweiller.  Nice.  We have a neighborhood of college professors, teachers, business people, and … these lawsuit winners, who have inserted themselves into our white-collar world when they would be far more comfortable in another neighborhood, one that I can not identify because I have never been there, nor will I ever go there.  

Oh, and the dog has no water that I can see, except the rain that is pouring down on it. 

The rain is lovely.  I had fun walking in it. 

Final Update (and hopefully, final neighbor comments!)

They are now obsessively cleaning their yard … WITH A TRASH CAN … raking (shrieking to help rake) and weedeating (gotta make some noise). 

Could it be that with the bag of trash mysteriously gone, they feel embarrassed for leaving trash out?  Today we found two papers done by one of their kids, some spongy stuff, some straws, and other litter.  Granted, it might not be theirs, but it is hard to argue with a paper with your kid's name on it.  THeir dogs are barking furiously, and I discovered they keep about 8 black trash bags in the center of the yard that I never noticed, but I am so happy at the thought of shaming them into decent behavior that i think i will celebrate by watching Wendy Wu, Homecoming Warrior.
